Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix with Cruet, 2 Packets

This is the classic Good Seasons kit: two packets of Italian dressing and recipe mix, plus the glass cruet that makes them up. The bottle carries three etched fill lines, marked V for vinegar, W for water, and O for oil. Fill to each line in turn, tip in a dry packet, cap it and shake. One packet makes a full cruet, roughly eight ounces of dressing.

Dressing you mix yourself behaves differently from the bottled kind. It separates between uses, so you shake the cruet again at the table and pour it while the herbs and garlic are still suspended. The character is yours to set, too: a sharp red wine vinegar and a peppery oil give one result, a mellow white vinegar and a mild oil another.
