Directions & Storage

For one packet, pour 1/4 cup vinegar to the V line and 3 tablespoons water to the W line. Add the packet, close and shake well. Add 1/2 cup oil to the O line, close and shake again. For less oil, use 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup oil in place of the 1/2 cup oil. No cruet? Any container with a tight lid works if you measure.

Refrigerate prepared dressing for up to four weeks. Shake before serving, since oil and vinegar separate. Keep unused dry mix sealed.
