Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard Packets, 0.25 oz

Dijon mustard in single-serve packets, offered here in a box of 25 or a box of 50.

Dijon is the most useful mustard to keep in packet form. It works as a condiment, as the emulsifier in a vinaigrette you shake up in a jar, and as the binder that makes a rub stick to meat. Packets keep it fresh and portable, and there is no jar drying out at the back of the fridge.

The smaller box suits a household or a picnic basket; the fifty is the one for a break room, a lunch counter or a catering run.
