Kitu made its name with Super Coffee, the ready-to-drink line three brothers started out of a college dorm room in 2015, and this creamer applies the same formulation thinking to the carton you keep next to the coffee maker. The vanilla here runs warm and bakery-leaning rather than sharp, so it stays legible in a dark roast or a cold brew instead of sitting on top of it.

What separates it from a standard creamer is the build. Kitu works from MCT oil and a dairy protein base where most creamers work from oil and syrup, and sweetens with monk fruit. It pours a little heavier than half and half and stirs in cleanly.
