Minor's Beef Au Jus Concentrate is a rich, concentrated beef base. Mix it with water for au jus to serve with roast beef and French dip sandwiches, or use it to season gravies and beef dishes.

Each 16 oz (1 lb) tub makes up to 4 gallons of au jus, so you can make a single cup or a full batch.
