Sweet & Spicy is cinnamon down the middle, with orange and ginger arranged around the spice and a cool peppermint note that shows up late. Where the original version of this blend is built on black tea, this one uses a rooibos base, which is what makes it caffeine free.

It brews faster than most infusions: boiling water, three to four minutes, no longer. The cup comes out a deep red brown that reads closer to spiced cider than to a mug of tea, and it takes honey well if you want the sweet side pushed forward. Eighteen bags to a box.
