Reàl Peach Puree Infused Syrup, 16.9 fl oz

Peach season runs about eight weeks, and the rest of the year a bar still needs peach on the well. That is the case for a puree-infused syrup: where a flavoring syrup for lattes is thin and clear, this one carries pulp, body and the soft orange color of the fruit, so a drink built on it looks like it was made from peaches.

Best in shaken and stirred drinks. It is the fast route to a bellini or a peach spritz, and it holds its own in a whiskey sour, where the stone-fruit sweetness rounds off the edges. Bartenders also run it through sweet tea, mint lemonade and iced oat lattes.
