Enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1 [thiamin mononitrate], vitamin B2 [riboflavin], folic acid), corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, soybean and palm oil (with TBHQ for freshness), bleached wheat flour, contains 2% or less of wheat starch, salt, dried blueberries, dried grapes, dried apples, leavening (baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), citric acid, modified wheat starch, xanthan gum, soy lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, caramel color, Red 40, Blue 1, Blue 2.

Remove from the foil before heating. Toaster: toast on the lowest setting, then let cool before eating. Microwave: place on a microwave-safe plate and heat 3 seconds at a time until warm enough, then let cool. Freezer: put the pouch in the freezer for about 20 minutes for a chilled treat.

Caution: if overheated, the filling can become extremely hot and could cause burns. Never leave the appliance unattended while in use because of the risk of fire. Children should be supervised, since appliances vary. Make sure your toaster is clean and working properly.
