The salt base is Redmond Real Salt, the company's own unrefined ancient sea salt mined in Utah, and the only sweetener listed is stevia leaf extract. Two forms of magnesium appear on the ingredient list, glycinate and malate. Redmond labels the product zero calories, no added sugar, and keto, paleo and vegan friendly.
