Tillen Farms Bada Bing Cherries steeped with a splash of real bourbon, in a 13.5 oz jar. The cherries are Northwest-grown, pitted and left on the stem.

Stonewall Kitchen, which owns the brand, calls them rich in flavour but not too sweet, and makes them without dyes or corn syrup — a darker, less candied cherry than a bright red maraschino. Usual uses are Manhattans and Old Fashioneds, dessert toppings and cheese boards.
