Ecolab's 66 Heavy Duty Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner Disinfectant is a commercial washroom product, the kind that rides on a housekeeping cart in a hotel, an office building, a school or a restaurant rather than living under a kitchen sink. It ships as a 2 liter concentrate, so one container is metered out across many cleaning rounds instead of being used as it comes.

The formula is alkaline and built for the soils a busy washroom generates: soap film, body oils and general grime on hard, non-porous surfaces. Ecolab lists it for tubs, showers, countertops, toilets, sinks, walls and floors, over tile, porcelain, vinyl, plastic, metal, glass and painted surfaces, and notes that it will not harm PVD coated fixtures and finishes. Ecolab describes the product as an EPA-registered germicidal detergent.

Ecolab states it is not intended for hospitals or medical settings. Work from the directions printed on the container.
