If You Care makes this parchment from unbleached, totally chlorine-free (TCF) greaseproof paper, then coats it with silicone. The brand describes that silicone as derived from the element silicon, safe in contact with food, and compostable along with the paper itself, and states an oven ceiling of 428°F. Each roll measures 13 inches wide by 65 feet long, which is where the 70 square feet printed on the label comes from.

Thirteen inches is If You Care's standard roll width, matching the 13-inch dimension of a standard half sheet pan, so the paper lines the pan across without trimming down the sides. Greaseproof sits alongside unbleached and chlorine-free on the label, and the paper is intended to go directly against butter, oil and batter as a pan liner. This listing is the two-roll pack, 140 square feet across both rolls.
