Figs are the first ingredient, followed by whole grain wheat flour, sugar and unbleached enriched flour, with corn syrup, invert sugar, soybean and/or canola oil and palm oil further down the list. Mondelez states the cookies are made with real fruit, contain no high fructose corn syrup, are kosher certified, and provide 10 g of whole grain per 56 g serving.
