The Complete Guide

How Much To Use

DrinkSyrupBase
Strawberry soda1 1/2 to 2 tbsp1 cup sparkling water with ice
Strawberry lemonade1 1/2 to 2 tbsp1 cup lemonade
Iced tea1 tbsp1 cup tea
Strawberry milk2 tbsp1 cup cold milk
Smoothie1 tbsp1 smoothie

Start with less and add more to taste. 2 tablespoons equals 1 fl oz, the size of a standard coffee shop pump.

Tips And Common Mistakes

  • Add syrup first. Pour the syrup into the glass, then add the liquid. It mixes in more evenly than when poured on top.
  • Stir well in cold drinks. Syrup is heavier than water and sinks to the bottom if you don't stir.

Who It's For

  • Home baristas making strawberry lattes, steamers and iced drinks
  • Families making strawberry milk, lemonade and fun sodas
  • Hosts mixing mocktails and party punch

Recipes to Make

Strawberry Italian Cream Soda

1 drinkPrep 3 min
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Torani Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup cold sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 tbsp half-and-half or heavy cream
  • Whipped cream and a fresh strawberry (optional)
Steps
  1. Pour the strawberry syrup into a tall glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Slowly pour in the sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Pour the half-and-half over the top. It will swirl down into the soda.

  3. Add the strawberries and lemon slices.
  4. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water and stir gently.
  5. Taste. Add 1 to 2 tbsp more syrup if you want it sweeter. Pour over ice.

Questions About This Product

The things people actually want to know before they cook with it.

Can I put it in coffee?
Yes, it works in lattes and iced coffee. In hot coffee with milk, fruit syrups can sometimes cause curdling, so add milk first or try it in iced drinks.
How is it different from a strawberry puree syrup?
Torani is a thin, clear syrup flavored with natural flavors, so it blends in fast. Puree syrups such as Reàl contain real fruit puree and pour thicker.
Can I use it in desserts?
Yes. Stir a little into frosting, whipped cream or a glaze for strawberry flavor and a pink color. It adds liquid, so start with a small amount.
Can I make a strawberry milkshake with it?
Yes. Blend about 2 tablespoons with vanilla ice cream and a splash of milk.
